Skiing at Xmas in Zell Am See

We will be in Zell Am See and want to do 4 days of skiing from 27th to 30th December.

We are beginners - can you please advise if we need to book Skis,boots,sticks in advance and also if we need to purchase a ski pass before we arrive. Finally do we have to book into ski school/lessons before we arrive...

Any ideas on companies that provide the services above would be much appreciated.

It is a steep mountain for beginners, you should definitely use the ski school %26amp; ski in the areas they take you to.

There is a popular intermediate area off the Areitbahn gondola. From memory, the Zell side is mostly steep. There is a free ski bus that will take you to the Areitbahn gondola.

InterSport carry a large range of hire equipment, at the base of the Areitbahn.
