Sölden in February - good idea?

We have gone snowboarding in St Johann in Tirol for the last 2 years and are considering Sölden for next year February. Is it a better choice?

We are looking for accommodation too, preferably a big house/apartment with easy walking access to Ski slope. My boyfriend is suggesting an apartment in House Leni (from andre-arnold), so if anyone has information or suggestions I%26#39;d be grateful. Thanks.
