I am looking to get flight from Dublin to Salzburg - but wondering how will I get a transfer to and from the airport - any ideas I would be glad of the help.............??

You can do it by public transport:

Take Trolleybus 2 to the Main Railway Station (Hauptbahnhof) and change there to the train. Just have a look at: http://fahrplan.oebb.at/bin/query.exe/en

hi niamh. i have alot of people flying over for my wedding to munich and salzburg. if u go into www.zellamsee.com they have a section on airport transfer. if there is a few it would probably be worth getting a minibus taxi. some of my crowd r flying on tues into salzburg and flying back on friday from munich. wedding on thursday.the flight on the fri is not until 1940 so they have the time to travel back up,and the locals will hopefully tell us the easiest option. how many people have u going to your wedding? its not as easy to organise as expected!! where in dublin r u from?

I am living in Offaly. We are having the wedding in the Heitzmann - Zell am see. We are doing the civil wedding in the am and in the pm the Elizabeth Chapel (on the mountain). i am getting very excited about everything now. Do you have any info to share with me. Where are you on the plans process and where are you from...

hi niamho, i am from leixlip in kildare. well my plans are on hold at the moment. we are going onj holidays next week(dont ask me were we are getting the money from!!) so i am going to send the forms off when we get home. i have all of them. i got the forms from foreign affairs. i sent all my religious forms to the priest about a month ago and i have a funny feeling they are out of date now. i know nothing about the church at all. i am really nervous about it all. do u have many going? i bought a fur shrug for my wedding dress yesterday! thats as good as i am. i dont think there is much to do really, i amgoing to have a dj for the evening, thats it and the hotel will organise that. they organise everything really. i know the church would be nice but if its going to cause loads of hassle i can get a blessing when i get home. i have no tips at all but if u have any i would be delighted. good to talk to someone in the same boat. what date are u getting married on?

If you are booking a charter flight through a tour operator you will (should) be able to book a transfer to the resort at the same time.

Exception is if you are not staying one of the resorts offerd in their programme.
