Is there any museums or other public place where World War II is commemorated in Wels. Is there a memorial to Wels citizens who lost their lives?

Almost every town in Austria has a memorial to those who died in the two world wars.
I assume Wels would be the same. It would be well cared for and during this time of year have flowers and wreaths as this is the time to remember the dead.
