URGENT accommodation needed in Serfaus...Any...

Hi..Think we%26#39;ve left this a little late. Need accom in the resort of Serfaus. Have tried all web links..No availability. Does anyone know of a hotel/guesthouse, comfortable and affordable, in this area? ANy recommendation will be HUGELY appreciated..Thanks

You do not mention when you need these accomodations , but assume it must be during the Holiday period or school break.

Did you try www.serfaus.com ?

Tourist info in english also.

they would show all types of available accomodations in Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis- the towns as you probably know are close.

If they have nothing you must then assume - a sell out.

Recent heavy snow puts everyone in the mood to go to the mountains- more snow predicted for this weekend with cold temperatures too!

Hi Vertical, thanks for your info. I have tried that site. Not much luck, the trouble is the dates I want are 30th Dec - 3rd Jan and if anywhere is available they seem to have trebled their prices! Like you said it is probably very popular with the guaranteed snow now.

I%26#39;ll try emailing some smaller hotels/guesthouses for cancellations nearer the time..I%26#39;ll try the other resorts you mentioned, how far are they as our friends will be in Serfhaus %26amp; we would want to ski with them each day, is there a transfer between resorts?..Excuse my ignorance we have never been to a ski resort before (If we get to 1 of these that is!!)..Thanks once again for your help..

All three towns are near each other. one ski ticket servrs the entire area. The lifts make a nice ski circus and allow easy transfer town to town by using 1 or 2 lifts.

You look to visit at probably the busiest time of the year unfortunately.

Many make reservations for this period as they leave their hotel in the prior year.

Hi Vertical..Yes I too am beginning to realise I have left this very late!, unfortunately it was a last minute invitation to join friends. I have emailed all hotels in Serfaus who are one by one advising they are full, I will widen the search to Fiss %26amp; Ladis now I have your info..I appreciate your help, as always this forum is great!.
