I will be travelling to Vienna, Leipzig and Dresden next month and am interested in purchasing original musical manuscripts. Do you know of any dealers in these cities?

Hm - what are you looking for? Important original musical manuscripts are kept as treasures in archives, libraries and foundations, on display, but usually not for sale. There is quite a few interesting archives. BTW exporting outstanding works of art from Austria is also restricted by law, and requires special permit. A former U.S. ambassador to Austria had some little problem with the Austrian authorities, because he had bought and was not allowed to export some pieces of art..
