Travel from airport

Can anyone advise me regarding travelling from the airport to the Johann Strauss Hotel Favoritenstrabe 12.

You can take the high-speed airport train into the city for 9 Euro...hope that helps a little.

If you take the airport transfer bus from the airport to Schwedenplatz - City Center-you can catch the subway U-1( direction Reumannplatz) to Taubstummenstrasse stop . cost 1.50 euros. from there it is just a 2 minute walk to the hotel.

Hi,

Have you asked your hotel if they can provide transport for you?

We just received an e-mail from our Pension...they will provide pickup at the airport for 10 euros per person.

We think this is well worth the cost for the convenience of door to door transport, no lugging baggage or changing transport vehicles...and only 1 euro more than the fast train!
