I%26#39;m off to Vienna in 10 days and Karlsplatz is my station for the hotel.
With all the reconstruction work that%26#39;s going on, is the station still in use? I use the Oper exit.

U- Bahn station has never been out of service.
There is no construction in the area even close to the Oper area or U-bahn.
Constrution was confined mostly to the Park area the last time I was by there.
