Can anyone shed the light on what documents I need leaving Ireland and going to marry in Austria... I keep getting different answers from people.

Hi Niamho,
we just going though the legal paperwork and am totally confused. We%26#39;re getting married in Kaprun and have been advised we need:
1) Birth certificates 2) Certificate of No Impediment 3) Previous Marriage Certifiacates and Decree Nisi 4) Statutary Declaration
These all then have to be set to the foreign office for apostilles
Then all has to be translated to German and sent to the local registrar.
However this seems to be changing on a day2day basis, so if you%26#39;ve heard anything different it would be great to know.
