Ski Austria with kids

It will be our first time to Austria and we are thinking of a ski holiday. Which areas are best with a family with two small kids?

Which areas can accomodate large crowds?

We will likely have to travel over the school break. Am I asking for too much not

to want long lines for lifts?

Try stay in a Ski resort and book the kids into ski school if they are old enough (about 3 or so). Then you can go off for the day and they will be entertained. I really like St Johan in Tirol as its big enough to be fun, but not huge like some places. Its also got a few ski schools.
