would someone please recommend a good hotel near the train station in Vienna in the $200.US (or under) range.

Vienna has more than one train station.

I note that you post elsewhere a trip to Munich, but do not mention how you arrive.

Thus I assume you mean the station for your Munich trip - the Westbahnhof.

Most trains going west from Vienna leave from this station.

Several hotels are nearby that fit your requirement.

The Furstenhof is just across the street from the train station.
