One of the most unusual questions I have seen on this site. I do not know of any stores for such equipment.
Major sports stores Intersport , Hervis do not seem to have such items.
I would suggest that you e-mail the Austrian Fencing clubs and ask them about the items you look for- perhaps they can assist you.
